Update...

So I have still been meal planning over the past few months but I have neglected to post the plans to my blog...somewhat of a fail! I started this blog for a few reasons:

- to be accountable for meal planning each week.
- the above ensured that I was going to the grocery store with a list. If I don't have a list I WAY over spent and buy items I don't need. -
- it is a great way to keep track of recipes I love and don't want to lose.
- makes week nights a million times less stressful when the guess work of 'what's for dinner?' is done! This in turn makes for more healthy meals.

I need to get back to blogging each meal plan so I can accomplish what I set out to do...make life easier! With the new year upon us there is no better time to get back into the swing of things.
